Dealership Review by: Stephen M.
Rodney Cooke: I originally purchased my vehicle from West Coast Mazda. Over the past 2 years, Rod has dealt with two of my car issues and handled both with courtesy, promptness and were quickly resolved. He’s doing a great job! Stephen M.

Hello Roger & Eugene, Well, yesterday certainly turned out to be an interesting day, shortly Kerstin and I will be heading out for our first breakfast cruise. We wanted to share a sincere thank you, it is always nice to know when you have exceeded a clients expectations, and your team did. We noticed how everyone chipped in, Stephen was very pleasant to work with and we hope he can grow and be successful with your organization. Roger and Eugene, it was a pleasure working with you, as well as your business managers Betty & James…and of course Crystal who suggested to come in and made sure you were aware of our interests. I am in the hotel industry and push my team for top customer service, sincerity, honesty, and integrity…mainstream values for a successful business…it was a fresh experience with Openroad Mazda compared to the many other meetings we had with other dealerships…Kia was a very close second in Coquitlam. Public media…it’s all the new buzz and us old timers have to keep up…I have posted on Facebook and a few other forums on the positive experience, and the comments back are really good, we are very happy to be new Mazda owners. Kind Regards, Kerstin Grady & Brian Browne

I would like to thank you for setting the techical check up of my car last Friday. My car was subjected to computer test which did not discover anything wrong however your technician ( I am sorry I forgot his name) was nice to check things himself. What ever tune up he performed it eliminated the vibration of the engine while at low rpm. I was impressed with professional and friendly service and happy with the outcome. Just wanted to give you this oportunity to pass my positive comment and thnak you to your technical department.
