3/17/2015 - I had scheduled by phone  and at the appointment time , there was a problem. Either I said the wrong date or it was entered incorrectly.  They did some juggling and I was still able to keep my appointment time :-)) That was a value added experience and I love that they wash my vehicle after servicing, great feature. I had a Cadillac previously and they offered that service but would always tell me they were backed up and could not provide the wash.

3/12/2015 - I was very satisfied with the service I received.  Marty was great from start to finish, and didn't try to overwhelm me with information. Thank you so much!

03/11/2015 - I have a 2015 Madza 3 lease car.  When I brought it in for servicing, I realy questioned why it should need it after only 3200 kilometers.  However, I was pleasantly surprised to find a much smoother performance than I had been experiencing since I originaly picked up the car.

3/10/2015 - I really appreciated the waiting area. I was able to work on my Mac (nice to have the wifi). I didn't have time for my morning tea so it was great to have a good selection. I liked that I had a choice of working either at a desk/booth or at a stadium table.  The bathroom was clean and spacious enough for me to put my laptop securely on the counter. All of this is greatly appreciated.

3/6/2015 - They even checked (FREE OF CHARGE) the alignment status of my vehicle, and addressed the alignment required as it was out. They gave me a complete health check on my vehicle. Very professional!

3/6/2015 - The sales consultant, Frank, is fabulous.  He made the buying experience enjoyable and informative. I'm completely comfortable with my decision to lease with OpenRoad Mazda. First class  sales rep and first class dealership!!!

2/25/2015 - I had never purchased a new vehicle before and I feel that OpenRoad Mazda made the whole process as painless and informative as possible.

2/18/2015 - The staff members in the service depart. are top notch people. Friendly,  professional and curtious. Always a pleasure to talk to and laugh with, even if it is to just stop by and say 'Hi'.

2/20/2015 - Following service my vehicle was washed and vacuumed after! Very nice.
