Purchased my new CX-5 in Port Moody and Mary-Dale was my sales rep. Mary-Dale was very professional and knowledgeable about the product line and extremely helpful with absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. This made my shopping experience very pleasant and enjoyable. I compared other vehicles in this class and finally settled on the CX-5 partially on the vehicle but Mary-Dales service was also the major factor in my decision. Mary-Dale is beyond "EXCELLENT" in her customer service skills.I would never hesitate to recommend anyone to see Mary-Dale at OpenRoad Mazda.

In taking this survey, I found myself selecting 'completely satisfied' throughout. I feel that doing this gives the impression that I'm not paying attention or that I'm easily impressed. I just could not find any issue that was less than perfect. Trevor gave me his complete attention and never rushed me through anything. The experience was pleasant and thorough. Absolutely no regrets buying a Mazda (my first) nor buying it at Open Road Mazda. My expectations are now very high for the service department, but if my experience so far is any indication, I'll be impressed with this aspect of my ownership as well. I'm very pleased with my purchase to date, and it's now up to Mazda's workmanship to show me that I selected a vehicle that will run well and perform for a long time.
I had visited Toyota, Hyundai, Honda as well as another Mazda dealership and I found all of them to be deficient in one area or the other. However, OpenRoad Mazda service and salesmanship was sincere, helpful and helped me with what I personally needed. Kudos to Mary.
